Overview
A results-driven, flexible program designed to empower participants to kickstart their fitness journey, overcome plateaus, and build lasting habits—all with expert guidance and community support.

🏋️‍♂️ What’s Included:

  • Unlimited Group Classes: Full access to all HIIT, strength, and conditioning sessions.

  • Start Date: 17th February – 23rd March.

  • Daily Tasks: Choose from Easy (2 tasks), Medium (3 tasks), or Hard (5 tasks) levels. Stay engaged and motivated with fun, goal-driven challenges.

  • 1:1 Pre-Program Consultation: Personalised consult to define your fitness goals and create a plan.

  • Baseline Body Measurements: Initial analysis to establish your starting point and track progress.

  • Facebook Group: Community support and announcements.

  • Post-Program Review: Final assessment with actionable insights for long-term results.

  • Custom Nutrition Guide: A tailored PDF designed to complement your fitness journey.

 

🗓️ Program Structure:
Participants choose from three daily challenge levels, inspired by the "75 HARD" framework:

  • 🟢 Easy: Complete 2 tasks daily.

  • 🟡 Medium: Complete 3 tasks daily.

  • 🔴 Hard: Complete 5 tasks daily.

🏃‍♂️Daily Task Choices:

Fitness Habits:

  • Daily Movement: 30+ minutes of exercise (e.g., gym class, outdoor walk, run, bike ride, swim).

  • Stretching or Yoga: 15+ minutes of mobility or flexibility exercises.

  • Hydration: Drink at least 2 litres of water daily.

  • Bodyweight Exercises: 20 push-ups, sit-ups, or squats daily (choose one).

Mindset Habits:

  • Gratitude Practice: Write down three things you’re grateful for each day.

  • Mindful Breathing: Spend 10 minutes daily on deep breathing or meditation.

  • Reading: Read at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book each day.

  • Audio Learning: Listen to 20+ minutes of an audiobook, self-development video, or motivational podcast daily.

Nutrition & Detox Habits:

  • Nutrition Plan: Follow a daily nutrition plan, such as Paleo or Intermittent Fasting.

  • No Alcohol: Avoid alcohol entirely.

  • No Caffeine: Eliminate caffeine from your diet.

  • No Sugar/Refined Carbs: Cut out sugar and refined carbohydrates.

  • Daily Greens: Include at least one greens smoothie or supplement each day.

  • Meal Prep: Prepare your lunch in advance each day.

Lifestyle Habits:

  • Sleep: Get 7+ hours of quality rest.

  • Morning Routine: Start your day with 10+ minutes of intentional habits.

  • Connection: Spend 30+ minutes with loved ones.

  • No Screens After 7 PM: Unplug in the evening.

Terms & Conditions

Program Availability: The 35-Day Total Body Reset is open for sign-ups starting 16th January.

Start Date: The program begins on 17th February and runs for 35 days.

Eligibility: This program is exclusively for new participants who have not taken part in previous promotions,

offers, or challenges. Former members or those who have joined past promotions must

purchase a regular membership before enrolling in the Total Body Reset.

Exclusions: The program cannot be combined with a 7-day free trial or any other promotional offers.

By enrolling in the 35-Day Total Body Reset, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
