🌟 The iamFIT Academy! 🌟

Calling all 12-17 year-olds! Whether you're new to training or advanced, here's your chance to level up with effective strength, conditioning and core training. Here's why our training is important;

  1. Foundation of Athleticism: Strength is key. Mastering correct techniques builds resilience, boosts endurance, and safeguards against injuries, setting you up for a lifetime of health and vitality.

  2. Injury Prevention: Proper form ensures safety. Learn the right techniques to minimize risks both in the gym and on the field, strengthening muscles, tendons, and ligaments for safer movement patterns in sport and every day activities.

  3. Performance Enhancement: Whether aiming for personal bests or excelling in everyday activities, strength training is your secret weapon. It amps up power, speed, agility, and coordination, giving you the edge to outshine competitors and push your limits.

  4. Long-term Health: It's not just about now; it's about the future. Resistance training improves bone density, metabolic health, and heart function.

Class Time & Schedule:

  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays

  • Sessions start at 3:45pm to 4:30pm

  • Led by our dedicated coaches.

  • Starting Tuesday, 23 April 2024

Session Details:

  • Duration: 45 minutes

  • Limited spots for personalised attention and safety

  • Structured sessions for optimal results, alternating between strength and conditioning/core work in every session

  • Training cycles change every 4-week for continuous improvement

  • Athletes will have exclusive access to their program anytime through our mobile phone fitness app

  • Each athlete will be able to record their exercise data for easy tracking through their app

Membership Pricing: 

  • 1 session per week: $40pw 

  • 2 sessions per week: $60pw

  • 3 sessions per week: $75pw
